By using the website www.bettingleague.co.uk and any of the information or services contained within the website you are agreeing to abide to all the Terms and Conditions as laid out below. If you do not agree with anything listed below you should NOT use the website or any of the information or services displayed.

DEFINITIONS

BettingLeague.co.uk is an internet website wholly owned, managed and maintained by The Jolly Savage Ltd, for the purposes of this agreement, both bettingleague.co.uk and The Jolly Savage Ltd shall be treated as the same legal entity and referred to from herein as "Bettingleague".

The website is defined as meaning the website(s) operated by The Jolly Savage Ltd containing Betting League content.

Tipster is defined as any person who has entered into a relationship with bettingleague to operate a tipping service using the bettingleague platform. Neither bettingleague or its staff are directly involved in providing tips that appears on the website, we simply manage the flow of information supplied by third party tipsters and report on their tip success rates.

Tipping Service is defined to be the online tips that are supplied by tipsters registered with Betting League that may be accessed through the Betting League website.

In this agreement:
a) Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa.
b) Words denoting persons include natural persons, corporate bodies, unincorporated associates, sole traders and partnerships.
c) Headings in this agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this agreement.

PUNTERS USING BETTINGLEAGUE

CONDUCT

In order to use any of the bettingleague services or information, you certify that you are 18 years or older.

You agree to access and use any of the bettingleague services or information only for lawful purposes.

Your use of bettingleague information and services is at your own risk

CONTENT

The Betting League is a resource that enables website visitors to view the past performance of tipsters and analyse the profitability of tipsters' historical tips. Tips may be accessed after agreeing to a monthly subscription which may or may not incur a subscription fee. Upon subscribing to a tipster, Punters will receive an email notification every time that the tipster in question adds a tip via the Bettingleague website, throughout the subscription period. The subscription period is a 30 day period from (and including) the day of subscription. Subscription will end automatically at the end of the subscription period.

Every effort is made to ensure accurate data is published on this website, however, we provide no guarantee or warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any data published on this website.

We do not have any responsibility or control over the content of web sites to which this Site is linked and accept no responsibility or liability for any losses or damage you suffer as a result of your use of any third party web sites linked to this Site. Please refer to the terms and conditions of such web sites.

You acquire no rights or licences in or to the Betting League website and/or the content published on it other than the limited right to use the website in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, adopt, upload to create derivative works form, transmit or in any other way exploit any part of this website. You may not make any part of the website available as part of another website, whether by hyperlink framing on the internet or otherwise. This website and the information contained therein may not be used to create a database of any kind nor may the website be stored (in its entirety or in any part) in databases for access by you or any third party.

The website is protected by applicable UK and international intellectual property right laws. Any infringement of our intellectual property rights will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

USING A TIPSTER SERVICE

Betting League provide various reports to help you identify a tipster. Having chosen a tipster and accessed their information you are solely responsible for your actions taken based on this information. You acknowledge that there is risk involved if placing a bet based on this information and that you may lose your stake money. Neither Betting League nor tipsters registered with Betting League can be held responsible for losing bets based on information provided by these tipsters. Betting League takes no responsibility for the quality of information supplied by its registered tipsters.

All tips are based on the opinion of the tipster and Betting League does not endorse or recommend the usage of any tipster. Tips are provided for information purposes only and users of the service agree that neither Betting League, nor its registered tipsters may be held accountable for losses incurred as a result of using this service.

To subscribe to tips online, members may be required to credit their account by making an online payment using a debit/credit card. Betting League use third party payment processors and does not store or have access to users debit/credit card details.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

Users making a debit/credit card payment to view tips online may only cancel their payment prior to accessing tips. As soon as the user has accessed tips their right to cancel is expired. Unused credit in your account cannot be refunded.

WARRANTY

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the services and information are not disrupted and are error-free, neither bettingleague, its directors, employees, agents or affiliates warrant that its services or information will be error free or uninterrupted. Further, there is no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information provided, displayed or communicated within the bettingleague website.

LEGAL JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law. Unless otherwise specified, the bettingleague website, information and services are directed at and are intended solely for use by those resident in the United Kingdom mainland. bettingleague makes no representation or warranty that any product, service or information referred to is appropriate for use in other locations or jurisdictions. Those who choose to access this site from other locations or jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

PRIVACY

Any personal details that you may provide at any time during your use of any bettingleague services are kept private and are never shared with any other person or organisation except in the event of any legal obligation to do so.

COPYRIGHT

All information displayed on this website should be assumed to be copyrighted and may not be reproduced unless a License Agreement between you and bettingleague has been granted. The information is either the intellectual property of bettingleague, our members, or that of third parties where we have licences to display it. Breaches of copyright and theft of intellectual property found to have taken place will be pursued vigorously in accordance with English Law.

TIPSTERS USING BETTINGLEAGUE

GENERAL

Bettingleague operate League Tables that represent the success rate of each Tipster, detailing statistics such as win / lose ratios. Bettingleague will update the League Tables on a regular basis.

The league tables will act as a promotion tool for each Tipping Service, with those at or near the top naturally expecting to attract more users. Bettingleague reserve the right to withdraw the service from Tipsters demonstrating consistent levels of poor performance.

OVERVIEW OF BETTING LEAGUE SERVICE

You must be over 18 years of age to register as a tipster with Betting League.

Bettingleague provide functionality that enables tipsters to post their tips through the Betting League website.

A Tipster who consistently achieves a high level of success may be offered Premium Tipster status. Bettingleague may charge a subscription fee to access the tips of Premium Tipsters. Bettingleague withholds the right to change these subscription fees at any time. Bettingleague withholds the right to add or remove premium tipster status at any time.

The level of success required to become a Premium Tipster is chosen by bettingleague. Bettingleague withhold the right to change this level at any time.

Tips must be received at a reasonable length of time before the start of the event in question. Bettingleague withhold the right to invalidate any tips that it deems as being offered at an unreasonable length of time before the start of an event.

ADVERTISING & PROMOTION OF TIPPING SERVICE

Tipsters are encouraged to promote their Tipping Service using legitimate techniques.

Tipsters may not promote their tipping service using any illegal or illegitimate techniques including but not restricted to internet SPAM.

PAYMENT

The Tipping Service will operate on a Revenue Share basis. Premium Tipsters will receive a percentage of any subscription fees charged to access their tips. The percentage revenue share will be set by bettingleague.

All revenues generated are shown exclusive of VAT. If you are VAT registered then add 17.5% VAT onto an "HM Revenue & Customs" compliant VAT invoice

Bettingleague will publish a monthly report in a secure online account area as per the attached payment schedule. The report will detail:

Details of each purchase including the monthly subscription fee charged, pending revenue share amount for each purchase and total revenue earned.

Provided the combined, approved revenue share balance due is greater than £50.00, the Tipster will need to raise an invoice for the amount shown, and submit it to "The Jolly Savage Ltd". If the minimum amount of £50.00 has not been achieved, the balance will be carried forward until such time as the minimum amount is achieved.

Payments will be made upon validation of invoices received, by either cheque or bank transfer - payment will not be made under any circumstances without an invoice being received. Invoices will be rejected if submitted when the minimum payment has not been achieved and / or if the payment status isn't set to "approved".

RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create, a partnership or relationship of employer and employee between Bettingleague and the Tipster.

The Tipster is responsible for the declaration and payment of all tax and national insurance payable on any payments made to them by Bettingleague.

COMMENCEMENT AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall come into force upon your acceptance as a Tipster and shall remain in effect until terminated. Acceptance as a Tipster on Betting League does not guarantee that you will be become a Premium Tipster. Premium Tipster status is allocated at the discretion of bettingleague.

The Tipster is entitled to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect at any time. The Tipster must cease to use the service immediately upon the termination of this Agreement and, for the avoidance of doubt; the Tipster shall not be entitled to receive a revenue share on any subscriptions made after the termination date.

The Tipster shall acquire no rights following the termination of this Agreement to use Intellectual Property Rights of Bettingleague.

This agreement will be terminated immediately if fraudulent, illegal or immoral acts are suspected or proven to have been committed.

Bettingleague is entitled to terminate or amend this Agreement and/or suspend the Tipster from the service at any time with or without reason, giving reasonable notice where possible.

In the event that the service can no longer be provided as outlined in this agreement, the agreement will be terminated with immediate effect. Where possible a new agreement may be offered, although not necessarily on the same terms.

INDEMNITIES AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY

In no event shall BettingLeague be liable to the Tipster for special, indirect or consequential damage including but not limited to loss of profits arising from interruptions to the service.

The Tipster shall indemnify and defend bettingleague and its employees in respect of any claims by third parties relating to the service provided by the Tipster.
